We returned after being here a couple of years ago. While the place is beautiful and the standard is high, we missed some personal touch. The waiters went out of their way to provide excellent service but avoided any informal communications, which is what we really want when we visit a place like this. It seemed overly professional at the expense of familiarity, as if someone is micro managing the place. It’s a lovely restaurant ,perhaps the best in Zakynthos, if we could just meet the real people behind it it would be wonderful but instead we met a facade which makes it feel like a branch in a restaurant chain.

I am very used to gastronomy restaurants (or restaurants that claim they are) and I really enjoyed Ktima Grampsa for its peaceful atmosphere, quality of the service and the superb food experience, I would say (my perso opinion) we re navigating around a Michelin star. Slightly pricey but very reasonable overall.

Only have positive memories about this place, starting from arrival and all the way to farewell. team is great and very knowledgeable about their menu and delivers great service. Everyone is super friendly. The food is also amazing, every dish we tried was really tasty, this type of satisfaction we had only in Micheline guide resto in Athens. I would highly recommend to try eggplant with beef tail, octopus and pork ribs, but I would like to warn you portions is huge and you wont be able to stop until plate is empty. for dessert we tried pear in red wine and its unbelievable. We also took Grampsas wine testing and its really nice, especially we enjoyed white wine with 12-month aging and skin contact and red augustiatis from 2021 if I am not mistaken. HIGHLY RECOMENDED
