Description
"Coterie & Bro" is a new all-day bar in Pagrati, which opened its doors in autumn 2024. Its founder is Christos Klouvatos, awarded as World Class Greece Bartender of the Year 2023, together with his brother and a group of friends.
The name "Coterie" means "clique" and reflects the owners' desire to create a space where people with common interests can meet and enjoy quality time together.
"Coterie & Bro" offers excellent coffee, thoughtful drinks and food for every moment of the day, combining urban chic character with cool vibes. The store's philosophy is summed up in the motto "unpretentious quality".
The space features minimal lines, earthy tones and industrial aesthetics, creating an environment reminiscent of European metropolises such as Berlin and Copenhagen.
In the coffee part, special emphasis has been placed on quality, with Thanasis Klouvatos bringing his experience in the coffee field. In the evening, the bar offers a neat list of drinks and cocktails, with great attention to detail.
The wine list, curated by sommelier Telemachos Papandreas, includes selected Greek wines.
The food menu, with the contribution of chef Panagiotis Polychronis, offers options for breakfast, brunch, lunch and dinner, with Mediterranean and Italian dishes, ideal for sharing and accompanying a drink or wine.
"Coterie & Bro" is located at Vryaxidos 9, Pagrati, and has already gained attention as one of the freshest spots in town.

Όμορφος χωρος, ενδιαφερουσες γευσεις, ήμαστε ομως 8 ατομα κ τα φαγητα ηρθαν με μεγαλη διαφορα ωρας μεταξυ τους κ τα περισσότερα χλιαρα εως κρυα🙁
